Sauteed Greens Veggie Wrap
Wrap like a burrito and Enjoy!

Directions
Step 1
Heat Avocado Oil over medium heat.
Step 2
Add green onions, garlic, carrots, then Sautee for two (2) minutes.
Step 3
Then add tomatoes, kale and all other ingredients. Continue to Sautee (medium to low heat) until greens soften (2-3 minutes) Add salt and any other spices you prefer, then squeeze the fresh lemon juice onto the greens. Stir for 10 more seconds on low heat.
Step 4
Turn off heat and set aside while preparing the wrap
Step 5
Slightly heat the wrap until soft. Spread mayonnaise of choice on the wrap. Scoop on desired amount of the sauteed mixture. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Then wrap like a burrito and Enjoy!
Ingredients
- Kale (Dyno & Russian)
- Collard Greens
- Chopped Carrots
- Green Onion ( the bulb and 2" of the greens)
- Chopped Tomato
- Balsamic Vinegar Himalayan salt
- Add to your personal taste Avocado Oil-One table spoon
- 1/4 lemon wedge
- Mayonnaise of choice
- Hawaiian-made Spinach wraps
Optional Ingredients
- Chopped Olives
- Chopped Red Peppers
- Chopped White Cabbage
- Chopped Garlic
- Any other spices you like
